I get it. You’re feeling overwhelmed.
All you know is you feel like you have too much to do and you’re always behind.
Here are some things that might help you figure out where to begin:
- If you’re feeling overwhelmed at work, you might want to check out the Time Management section. Of course, I can’t address everyone’s workplace issues, but maybe some of the articles there will help.
- If the home has you feeling like you’re ready to give up, start with that section. I have some simple everyday habits that can help tremendously when it comes to keeping the home clean and reducing those Saturday morning binge cleaning sessions.
- If you’re feeling wiped out and exhausted, please check out the self-care section. Honestly, taking a few days to let things slide while you get some much-needed rest could make all the difference. Self-care is far more important than most people realize. Just ask the lady who had a heart attack and never knew. Now that’s a wake-up call!
